Terms of Service
Effective: January 1, 2025Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service from B2bazr LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Services
B2bazr LLC provides AI-powered customer support automation, including chatbots, workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and integrations to clients across industries.
User Obligations
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes, to keep your account credentials secure, to not abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All software, models, content, designs, and trademarks associated with the platform are the exclusive property of B2bazr LLC. You retain ownership of the data you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2bazr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that risks harm to the platform or other users. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sikeston, Missouri under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Missouri.
